Senior IFA Administrator

East Leeds

£32,000 to £40,000 per annum, plus bonus and company benefits, incl. free car parking

Reward Recruitment Limited are working closely with a multi award-winning, forward-thinking and family friendly firm, who are looking to recruit a Senior IFA Administrator to support the growth and development of the firm, and are offering a highly competitive salary and with genuine career progression.

The individual they are looking to recruit will be an outstanding Senior IFA Administrator who has the diligence and skills to become a highly valuable member of their client focused financial planning team.You will be working within the client service team to provide full administrative support to the financial planners across the full range of financial products.

About the Role:

You will work closely with the Financial Planners and fellow team members to manage the full lifecycle of the client administration function, from onboarding to annual reviews. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Delivering Outstanding Client Care Be a trusted point of contact for clients managing communications, attending meetings, and ensuring they feel valued, informed, and supported at every step.

Owning the Administrative Process Take charge of managing client records, preparing documentation, and coordinating the full end-to-end client journey, always with precision and care.

Supporting Financial Planners Handle meeting preparation and casework coordination so that planners can focus on advice, knowing their clients are in safe hands.

Leading by Example Help set the standard for best practice whether thats staying up to date with industry regulations, maintaining compliance, or streamlining internal processes.

Mentoring and Team Support Act as a go-to person within the team, offering guidance to less experienced colleagues and beginning to develop your own leadership and coordination skills.

About you:

They are looking for someone who has proven experience (3 years +) in financial services administration preferably within a financial planning or wealth management firm.

Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and client service expectations in financial services.

Exceptional communication skills professional, warm, and confident.

A high level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail.

A collaborative mindset with the ability to take initiative and manage your own workload.

A genuine interest in mentoring and supporting others as you grow your leadership capabilities.
