- We are looking for a VP of Enterprise Architecture to help shape the future architecture strategy for our Engagement Business Unit globally
- Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, Edenred Engagement, this role sits within the Office of the CTO and will play a key part in defining how we evolve our application landscape, data architecture, and engineering practices across the business
- This is an opportunity for an experienced architecture leader who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, technology, and delivery
- You’ll partner closely with global architecture and engineering leaders, influence technical direction at scale, and help establish the standards, patterns, and governance that support long‑term growth
- Define and champion the architecture vision for Engagement BU applications, data streaming, and AI‑enabled engineering practices
- Partner with Global Architecture & Engineering teams to drive platform convergence and standardised deployment approaches
- Lead architecture governance and establish reusable patterns, frameworks, and assets
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable APIs, microservices, and event‑driven systems
- Support the adoption of AI and agentic engineering tools across software development, testing, automation, and quality assurance
- Drive continuous improvement across software delivery practices, CI/CD pipelines, and product lifecycle management
- Lead architecture and engineering initiatives through to completion, ensuring alignment and momentum across stakeholders
- Represent the Engagement Business Unit within the Global Architecture CODIR and Engagement CTO leadership team
- Mentor architects and engineering leaders, helping to strengthen technical capability and architectural thinking across the organisation
