With a significant number of engineering squads operating across regions, we are looking for a high‑impact Senior Agile Delivery Manager who thrives in complex engineering environments and can bring clarity, structure, and predictability to multi‑team delivery.
This is a high‑ownership, hands‑on individual contributor role .
You will directly own delivery for 3–4 engineering squads , working closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and fellow Agile Delivery Managers to ensure seamless delivery across features, platform initiatives, technical debt, and incidents.

Key Responsibilities 1.
Delivery Ownership (Across 3–4 Engineering Squads) Own end‑to‑end delivery for 3–4 engineering squads, ensuring clear priorities, strong execution discipline, and predictable delivery outcomes.
Maintain a deep understanding of each squad’s roadmap, capacity, constraints, and performance.
Lead delivery across product features, technical debt, platform improvements, and operational work (incidents, resilience, support).
Ensure readiness for delivery through well‑structured backlogs, aligned objectives, and clear acceptance criteria. 2.
