Your Role in our Mission: This position is offered as a fixed-term maternity cover contract for 12 months; the duration of this appointment may be subject to change with notice. We need your skills to support our clients during implementation and advise them on solutions that bring their requirements to life. With your expertise and level of knowledge and experience, you will demonstrate and articulate the features of our products and services and how they are best suited for the customer. Working as the consulting and project lead on implementation projects, providing project management and benefits, reward, or administration consultancy to the clients and support to the client delivery team. Takes ownership and responsibility for the delivery of all services within the project except for detailed client communication deliverables.

What You’ll be Doing:
- Supporting sales on new business pitches and with upsell opportunities
- Aligning the client’s strategy with our technology solutions
- Trusted advisor for driving innovative solutions forward that will drive platform adoption and employee engagement
- Delivering end to end project management
- Working with an Implementation specialist to deliver the client’s benefit platform
- Creating tailored implementation plans for the client
- Creating a scheme design for the implementation specialist to set up the platform
- Feeding back to internal teams around product enhancements and improvements
Internal:
- Work closely with the Implementation team, acting as the Project Manager and ensuring we are delivery on all of the clients requirements
- Managing positive relationships internally and externally
- Ensuring customer database (Salesforce) and GuideCX are accurate and up to date
- Developing an excellent technical knowledge of our product and its capabilities
- Maintaining and continually improving our Demo Hubs
Experience and Skills You Need in This Role:
- Proven successful client-facing and/or project management experience (1 to 2 years)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with employee benefits
- Adept at building rapport and dealing confidently with stakeholders and great at building internal and external relationships
- The ability to work independently whilst being team-oriented, collaborating comfortably with different teams in the business
- A willingness to invest time and energy into learning new things and developing your skills
