Your Role in our Mission

Due to growth, we are looking for a Product Analyst to join us and support product teams by analysing data, tracking key metrics, and focusing on creating data-driven insights. Ideally, you've already excelled in an insight, research, or data-related role at a SAAS company. Your experience should include qualitative research and quantitative analysis.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to product performance and key analytics.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor product metrics.
  • Deliver reports/on-demand requests from product teams (within agreed SLA).
  • Deliver product performance related insights required by leadership for monthly reviews, SteerCos, etc.
  • Assist in managing the Product Team’s OKR dashboard by capturing data and ensuring consistent and timely reporting on objectives and key results.
  • Contribute to the creation of regular reporting, including business reviews and ad-hoc reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Process Execution

  • Follow established processes to ensure data is gathered consistently and efficiently.
  • Support ongoing measures to optimize current processes and workflows related to data analysis.

Experience and Skills You Need in this Role

  • Proven experience in a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or Insights Analyst role, particularly in a SAAS environment.
  • Relevant educational background in a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with basic statistical concepts and data analysis techniques.
  • Ability to work to SLAs, prioritise requests and deliver information in multiple forms (reports, presentations, dashboards, etc.).
  • Ability to work with multiple product teams/stakeholders concurrently.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities with a focus on practical solutions.
  • Confidently communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of product metrics and performance indicators.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Heap, Tableau, Power BI) and strong Excel skills.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

  • First stage Interview with Head of Product Operations.
  • Assessment Task and Final Interview with Director of Product Operations & member of the Product Operations team.
