An opportunity has become available for a Solutions Architect to join our Global Product Operations Team. As a Solutions Architect, you’ll bridge the gap between business/client requirements and implementation of our HR enterprise solutions. You will have an agile mindset with experience in mapping clients\\\’ requirements to existing solutions. You will become an expert in our platform, modules and architecture and understand the constraints, guiding clients to achieve value through our existing platform and solutions. You may regularly be asked to join client calls, deliver demos and input to RFIs/RFPs as the expert in the solution.

Responsibilities

• Gain and maintain an extensive understanding of our product suite, including its technical limitations
• Assess client needs to determine applicable use cases our platform can address
• Recommend efficient product configurations and program implementations
• Collaborate with the Sales and Client Success teams to develop compelling, customised proposals in response to RFPs, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with client requirements
• Offer expert mentorship to clients and prospects on the product\\\’s features, limitations, and efficient usage scenarios, providing alternative options when necessary
• Act as a bridge between clients and our product and engineering teams, translating technical requirements and providing sound advice based on capabilities, limitations and strategies of our products
• Actively gather insights from client interactions to identify challenges, preferences, and opportunities within our platform\\\’s usage
• Monitor and identify knowledge gaps within the Sales and Client Success teams regarding our product features and limitations
• Establish a systematic feedback loop between client-facing teams and product teams
• Work with Product Managers and Product Operations to develop strategies for addressing client needs and knowledge gaps
• Serve as a key communication conduit between product engineering, sales, and client success
• Develop scalable templates, processes, and guidelines to facilitate solution design and implementation across different markets

Experience and Skills

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with a strong understanding of complex system integration challenges and global platform implementations
• Experience in defining and documenting As Is & To Be Architecture, defining services and integrated applications, and delivering strategic plans and roadmaps
• Demonstrated ability to lead change by creating practical architectures aligned to IT principles and governance
• HR Tech or Enterprise system experience is advantageous
• Technical Programme/Project Management experience with global and senior-level stakeholders
• Comfort presenting to clients and collaborating with Commercial Teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to align client needs with product capabilities
• Experience delivering consultancy services, presales support and advice to clients
• Experience resolving complex issues with senior customer executives
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of AWS and Azure Cloud Architectures
