- Own ongoing roadmap communication with BUs independently and end-to-end. Stay continuously aligned with Directors of Product to understand prioritisation decisions and trade-offs in depth and translate that into confident, direct communication with regional teams.
- Drive alignment by synthesising and driving prioritisation of regional business requirements and customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering, while ensuring adherence to the global product strategy.
- Manage and prioritise regional opportunities and change requests to balance regional needs with global objectives, fostering constructive collaboration and mutual understanding.
- Serve as the key interface for internal product teams seeking to engage with BUs—helping product teams understand needs, gather relevant input, and ensure successful change implementation and product launches in the regions.
- Relationship Building & Cross-functional Alignment
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with regional leaders and stakeholders to understand their challenges and goals.
