Reward Gateway, part of Edenred, is a global leader in benefits and employee engagement. We help businesses attract, engage, and retain top talent through strategic reward, recognition, and well-being solutions. Guided by our shared missions - ‘Making the World a Better Place to Work’ and ‘Enriching Connections, For Good’ - we’re committed to transforming workplaces and improving people’s daily lives. Our team embodies entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, and respect. We push boundaries, speak up, and stay human, fostering a culture where imagination thrives.

Your Role in Our Mission: We are looking for a Product Analytics Lead with experience acting as the strategic analytics partner to Product Managers, helping define success metrics, experimentation approaches and raising data literacy across the product organisation. You will lead how product analytics is applied across our product organisation by establishing a robust tracking strategy and governance, improving the quality and accessibility of product data, and raising the standard and usage of measurement across teams. You will also play a key role in creating a culture of data-driven decision-making by improving data literacy, enabling self-serve insight, and helping teams use product data with greater confidence and consistency. Ideally, you've already excelled in a product analytics role at a SAAS company.

What’s In It For Me?

  • A chance to be part of an extremely well established, stable and high growth ‘Unicorn’ SaaS company with over 50 benefits in our employee benefits package, including:
    • A flexible holiday plan of up to 40 days per year
    • £400 a year Wellbeing Allowance
    • Private Medical Insurance
    • Allowance for professional development books, E-books, and podcasts
    • Contributory pension scheme
    • Employee, friends and family discounts across 1200+ retail, hospitality and lifestyle brands

Flexible, Hybrid Working: Collaboration, connection as a team, and strong internal relationships are part of the “RG Magic” that makes our culture thrive. Our teams work from our Dean Street office two days per week.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Strategic partnership with Product Managers
    • Partner closely with Product Managers throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery and opportunity assessment through to launch and post-release analysis
    • Help teams define success metrics, leading indicators, guardrail metrics, and measurement plans for new product initiatives
    • Support Product Managers in evaluating outcomes and turning insight into clear recommendations and actions
    • Ensure product decisions are informed by a strong understanding of customer behaviour, product usage, and business impact
  • Data literacy and adoption
    • Drive greater data literacy within the product organisation by helping teams understand what good product measurement looks like
    • Coach Product Managers and stakeholders on interpreting data, selecting appropriate metrics, and using evidence in decision making
    • Encourage a culture where teams use data thoughtfully in discovery, prioritisation, experimentation, and post-release review
    • Evangelise product analytics best practice and champion a consistent, high-quality approach to measurement and insight
    • Create a community around product analytics facilitating the sharing of ideas, best practice and case studies
  • Tracking strategy and governance
    • Own and evolve the product analytics tracking strategy across the product organisation
    • Define and maintain best practice for instrumentation, naming conventions, properties, identity structure, and governance standards
    • Work with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure tracking is designed early and implemented correctly
    • Improve confidence in product data by driving consistency, quality, documentation, and governance
    • Ensure analytics platforms are used effectively and sustainably to support product measurement needs

Why this role is different: This is not a general Data Analyst or BI role. We're looking for someone who has worked as a true product analytics partner, someone who understands how analytics supports product discovery, experimentation, and optimisation, and who can help raise the maturity of product decision-making across the organisation.

Experience and Skills You Need in this Role:

  • Proven experience in a Product Analytics role, particularly in a SAAS environment
  • Strong understanding of data implementation principles (including tracking tags/events), product metrics and performance indicators
  • Proven experience of building a data-driven culture within a product organisation and managing change
  • Hands-on experience with modern product analytics platforms such as Heap (preferred), Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, or Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to influence teams to adopt new practices
  • Strong analytical skills capable of identifying trends and delivering actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with data platforms including data warehouses & modelling tools such as DBT would be a plus
  • Excels at building positive relationships with stakeholders and sharing knowledge openly within a collaborative team
  • Ability to work with multiple product teams/stakeholders concurrently
  • Confidently communicate findings and recommendations to senior technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

The Interview Process:

  • Screening call with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team
  • First interview with Head of Product Operations
  • Final interview with Director of Data Products and Head of Product Operations

At Reward Gateway | Edenred, we are committed to ensuring an inclusive and accessible recruitment process for all candidates. If you have any specific requirements or need reasonable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment journey, please let your Talent Acquisition Partner know. Your needs are important to us, and we want to ensure an equitable experience for every candidate.
