Your Role in our Mission: The Motion Designer is a key part of our global brand team, helping bring the RGER brand to life through animation, digital design, and expressive storytelling. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on motion as a core craft, while also contributing to wider brand outputs across digital and print. You’ll work closely with our creative team to create bold, distinctive work that builds brand awareness and engagement. We’re looking for someone who is excited by motion as a storytelling tool – someone who enjoys experimenting, developing their craft, and pushing how a brand shows up through animation. You’ll play an important role in evolving our motion language and contributing to a highly creative, fast-moving environment. You’ll also work closely with colleagues across the UK, US and Australia, who bring different perspectives and experiences to the team. We value open, constructive collaboration across time zones.

Flexible, hybrid working: Our office is for you to use as much as you like; as a minimum our Marketing Team works from our London office at least twice a week.

Some of Your Responsibilities & Core Duties will include:

  • Create visually stunning and engaging motion graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and quality control throughout the design and production process.
  • Utilise industry-standard software and tools to design and animate graphics.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in motion graphics and design to ensure the highest quality output.

The Experience and Key Skills you will have:

  • Proficiency in Adobe and/or Apple creative suites (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
  • A solid understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, layout and composition.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Photography or videography skills.
