You’ll be contributing to improving employee engagement and building better, stronger and more resilient organisations to improve people’s daily lives.

We’re looking for a hands-on Solutions Architect with extensive Domain Driven Design experience to contribute to shaping the future of Reward Gateway’s technology landscape. You will be part of the team defining and implementing architectural solutions that support platform modularisation, authentication, CRM and marketing integrations, and scalable system design.

Address multi-program user scenarios and SSO challenges across web and mobile platforms, in coordination with the group strategy on the topic Integration & Data Connectivity.

  • Architect integrations with CRM tools (Braze, Heap).
  • Engagement with other solution architects to ensure consistency.
  • A proven track record and senior-level expertise in software architecture roles within large-scale cloud-native platforms.
  • Strong developer experience and knowledge around PHP is a nice-to-have.
  • Experience with CRM, Marketing, feature flagging, and analytics tools (Braze, Heap).
