Your Role in Our Mission: The Global Revenue Operations Director will lead the transformation of our revenue engine into a strategic growth lever and a competitive advantage. As a visionary leader you will architect and implement a modernised, AI powered revenue operations infrastructure that democratises data and enables real-time insights, shaping how we drive performance, and growth across Reward Gateway | Edenred. You will assess our current operating model, systems, and ways of working and define a clear path forward, balancing near-term operational excellence with mid-term capability build. This transformational position has been created to elevate our revenue operations model to a best-in-class, proactive function with automated intelligence, empowering our go-to-market teams with democratised data, self-service analytics and real time insights. Operating globally, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders across Strategy, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success ensuring Revenue Operations is positioned as a strategic, insight-led partner to the GTM organisation.

As Global Revenue Operations & Strategy Director, you will:

  • Define and deliver a clear Revenue Operations plan that supports business priorities and growth objectives.
  • Assess and evolve our existing operational framework, finding opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability and alignment across the revenue lifecycle.
  • Lead the evolution of the function from a reporting-focused capability to a proactive, insight-led, and strategically aligned GTM partner.
  • Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and improved use of data to enhance decision-making, performance visibility, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee and optimise our GTM systems and processes, ensuring they are aligned, integrated, and support business growth.
  • Improve visibility across pipeline, forecasting and revenue performance, enabling more consistent and accurate decision-making.
  • Establish greater consistency and alignment across regions, while supporting local market needs.
  • Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, embedding Revenue Operations into day-to-day commercial decision-making.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing RevOps function, ensuring the right balance of capability to support both current and future needs.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Strategic Leadership & Transformation
  • Define and deliver a clear global Revenue Operations strategy aligned to business growth objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Lead the evolution of the function from tactical execution to strategic architecture.
  • Assess the current operating model, systems, and ways of working, identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness, scalability, and alignment.
  • Translate strategic priorities into a structured roadmap, balancing longer-term capability build with ongoing operational delivery.
  • Drive the evolution to self-service real time enablement for frontline leaders.
  • Champion the democratisation of data across all GTM functions globally.
  • Technology, data and AI enablement:
    • Own and oversee the effectiveness of core GTM systems, ensuring they are aligned, optimised, scalable, and support business growth.
    • Lead the architecture and integration of systems and data to improve visibility and consistency across the revenue lifecycle.
    • Create a unified, single source of truth data architecture, eliminating manual data.
    • Drive the adoption of AI and automation capabilities to enhance forecasting, performance insight, and operational efficiency.
    • Ensure data quality, governance, and accessibility support more informed and timely decision-making across the business.
    • Maximise value extraction from our GTM technology stack.
  • Data analytics and business intelligence:
    • Strengthen visibility across pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance metrics.
    • Transform from static reports to real time predictive insights.
    • Enable commercial leaders with clear, relevant, and actionable insights to support faster, data-led decision-making.
    • Deploy predictive AI forecasting tools using activity, sentiment, conversational and external signals.
    • Implement conversational analytics and AI powered tools for insights, expansion and client health monitoring.
    • Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and overall commercial performance.
    • Implement real time pipeline generation and campaign performance tracking.
    • Evolve reporting into proactive insight and forward-looking performance management.
  • Global alignment & operating model:
    • Develop a consistent and scalable worldwide Revenue Operations framework across all Reward Gateway/Edenred regions.
    • Collaborate with Managing Directors and the Business Line CRO to define the technology stack and operating model.
    • Balance global standardisation with regional flexibility and autonomy to support local market performance.
  • Revenue operations excellence:
    • Drive efficiency in Go to Market Teams, including SDR, Sales Consultants, Client Success Manager and Account Managers.
    • Support Go to Market Leaders with insights and tools to reduce sales cycles and Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC).
    • Provide insights and tools to support the improvement win rates and drive positive Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
    • Implement always-on experimentation and real time GTM playbook optimisation.
  • Leadership & capability:
    • Lead and develop a high-performing, globally distributed Revenue Operations team, developing capabilities in AI, automation and predictive analytics.
    • Evaluate the Revenue Operations resources across UK, US and Bulgaria and make recommendations on investments in headcount/training & development for our transformation.
    • Build strong collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders globally, positioning Revenue Operations as a trusted advisor to commercial leadership.
    • Act as a key contributor to broader commercial strategy, using data and insight to influence decision-making.
    • Foster a culture of continuous innovation and improvement.

    Experience and Skills You Need in this Role:

    • Proven experience leading Revenue Operations in a SaaS or B2B environment
    • Strong track record of delivering RevOps transformation or scaling functions in growth organisations
    • Experience embedding AI, automation, or advanced analytics within commercial or GTM environments
    • Strong understanding of GTM systems, data, and process integration
    • Ability to operate across both strategic and operational levels
    • Experience working across global or multi-region environments
    • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of revenue drivers and pipeline dynamics
    • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
    • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
