Your Role in Our Mission:
The Proposition Manager – Platform owns the commercial strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution of Reward Gateway Edenred’s core technology platform and SaaS-based solutions. You will design compelling value propositions for the Employee Engagement Platform, ROI Guarantee, analytics, recognition frameworks, wellbeing modules and the full suite of platform add-ons (cars, tech, cycle-to-work, benefits integrations). This role bridges Product, Marketing, Merchant Teams, Client Success, and Sales to ensure that our propositions drive high adoption, strong utilisation, and meaningful commercial impact for clients and their employees.
As Proposition Manager – Platform, you will:
- Define the value of our platform ecosystem: Create clear, compelling narratives that articulate the impact of our platform across products, features, and experiences, rooted in customer outcomes and measurable ROI.
- Shape market competitiveness: Continuously evolve platform propositions based on customer insight, product performance, and competitor activity to ensure strong differentiation across all verticals.
- Drive adoption and commercial performance: Ensure the platform delivers tangible value, increasing adoption, retention, and engagement across customers and stakeholders.
- Enable Sales and Client Success: Provide simple, consistent messaging, build training, and collateral to empower teams to confidently position the platform and its value.
- Ensure commercial governance: Manage pricing, packaging, and platform configuration with clarity and control, optimising for scalability and growth.
- Act as the voice of the customer and market: Bring together insights from customers, data, and competitors to continuously refine and strengthen the platform proposition.

What You’ll be Doing:
- Proposition Ownership – Platform: Own the end-to-end commercial definition of platform-based products. Build and maintain value propositions, messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning for different segments and verticals. Design pricing and packaging that maximise competitiveness and margin. Define bundles, add-ons, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- ROI Guarantee & Value Realisation: Lead the commercial design and refinement of the ROI Guarantee. Build the tools, models and frameworks that demonstrate measurable customer value. Support CS with value realisation and ROI storytelling.
- GTM Readiness & Enablement: Develop GTM launch content for platform releases and enhancements. Build pitch decks, talk tracks, demos, battlecards, and objection handling. Partner with Enablement to deliver frontline training and certification.
- Commercial & Customer Insight: Analyse win/loss data, pricing trends and competitive behaviours. Partner with Revenue Intelligence to identify performance drivers and gaps. Gather customer insight via CS, Sales and Product teams to evolve propositions.
- Product, Marketing & Sales Alignment: Work closely with Product and Product Marketing to influence roadmap based on commercial needs. Support Marketing with messaging, content, campaigns and vertical narratives. Support Sales by joining strategic pitches and refining field messaging.
- Governance & Quality Control: Maintain consistency in product naming, pricing, packaging and GTM documentation. Ensure all propositions adhere to commercial integrity rules and margin thresholds. Maintain a central repository of all proposition assets.
Experience and Skills You Need in this Role:
- Proven experience in proposition management, product marketing, GTM or commercial strategy.
- Strong background in SaaS, HR tech, platforms or digital engagement solutions.
- Proven success building commercial propositions with measurable impact on revenue.
- Demonstrated experience in pricing, segmentation, value proposition design and launch execution.
- Skilled at synthesising market, customer and competitive insights.
- Commercial & Strategic Acumen: Understands pricing, market dynamics, value drivers and commercial risk.
- GTM Expertise: Proven ability to design, execute and refine GTM strategies across multi-product environments.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Works effectively with Product, Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance and Legal.
- Communication & Narrative Building: Can craft compelling messages, stories and frameworks for multiple audiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data, insight and performance interpretation.
- Organisational Discipline: Maintains structure, documentation and version control across complex propositions.
