We're currently supporting an exciting technology firm that are looking for a QA Test Automation Engineer to ensure the software and systems meet the highest standards. As a QA Test Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in testing, validating, and improving our technology solutions. Working alongside developers, product teams, and stakeholders, you’ll identify defects, enhance automation, and ensure reliability across all software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and manage manual and automated test cases to ensure software quality.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and enhance testing processes.
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to optimize system reliability.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and quality standards.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Advocate for continuous improvement in testing methodologies and quality assurance strategies.
Your Experience & Skills:
- Strong experience in manual testing and automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar automation tools.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C# for test automation.
- Familiarity with API testing (Postman, REST Assured) and database testing.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a tech-driven environment.
