Events Community Manager Birmingham (2 days per week in-office) Up to £40,000 + Private Healthcare + Generous Benefits
Most companies run events. Very few build communities. We’re working with an ambitious, fast-growing software business in Birmingham that’s looking for an Events Community Manager to do exactly that, build a genuine, engaged community around their product and brand. This isn’t just about organising events. It’s about creating experiences people remember and building something people want to be part of.
The role: You’ll take ownership of both events and community strategy, bringing people together through high-quality in-person experiences while also helping to grow an engaged online community.
What you’ll be doing:
- Planning and delivering standout events across the UK
- Acting as a key representative of the business, building relationships with attendees, customers, and partners
- Launching and growing an online community (Slack, Discord, forums, etc.)
- Managing event logistics end-to-end (venues, speakers, schedules, promotion)
- Ensuring every event delivers a high-quality, memorable experience
- Working closely with marketing and leadership on community growth
- Helping create a strong sense of belonging around the brand
