We’re working with an ambitious, fast-growing software business in Birmingham that’s looking for an Events & Community Manager to build a genuine, engaged community around their product and brand. This isn’t just about organising events; it’s about creating experiences people remember and building something people want to be part of.

The role:

  • You’ll take ownership of both events and community strategy, bringing people together through high-quality in-person experiences while also helping to grow an engaged online community.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Planning and delivering standout events across the UK
  • Acting as a key representative of the business, building relationships with attendees, customers, and partners
  • Launching and growing an online community (Slack, Discord, forums, etc.)
  • Managing event logistics end-to-end (venues, speakers, schedules, promotion)
  • Ensuring every event delivers a high-quality, memorable experience
  • Working closely with marketing and leadership on community growth
  • Helping create a strong sense of belonging around the brand
