We're partnering with a fast-growing e-commerce business that's investing heavily in its technology function and customer experience. As the company continues to scale, they're looking to add an experienced Support/Infra Engineer to their internal IT team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a technology-driven organisation where you'll play a key role in ensuring employees across the business have a seamless and reliable technology experience. You'll work across modern Apple environments, networking infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and telephony systems while contributing to projects that support the company's continued growth.
The Role
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and supporting the technology that keeps the business running. From managing Apple devices and network infrastructure to supporting Microsoft 365 and telephony platforms, you'll be a trusted technical expert within the organisation.
You'll work closely with teams across the business, helping to resolve technical issues, improve processes, and deliver a first-class support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line technical support across the organisation
- Manage and support Apple Mac devices and endpoint management platforms
- Configure, deploy and maintain employee devices and workplace technology
- Support and maintain networking infrastructure, including Meraki switches, firewalls and wireless environments
- Troubleshoot network, WiFi and connectivity issues
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and Intune
- Support telephony and unified communications platforms
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding and access requests
- Contribute to IT projects, office technology rollouts and infrastructure improvements
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support procedures
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong experience supporting Apple Mac environments
- Experience with Apple device management solutions such as Jamf, Kandji or Intune
- Good networking knowledge covering WiFi, switching, routing and firewalls
- Experience supporting Cisco Meraki environments
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration and support experience
- Experience supporting telephony or unified communications platforms
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
- Experience within a fast-paced e-commerce, retail or digital business
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and endpoint security
- Experience supporting distributed or hybrid workforces
- Relevant Apple, Microsoft or Cisco certifications
