We’re seeking a driven and commercially-minded affiliate Account Director to take ownership of large client programs and lead strategic initiatives that deliver measurable growth and retention. This position is a fully remote position and can be based in the UK or European Market, however working to a GMT working day would be required if outside of the UK.

The Role

As an Account Director, you’ll lead the strategy and performance of some of our most important client accounts - acting as a trusted advisor and driving growth, retention, and program success. You will work closely with Team Leads and Account Managers to deliver strategic and tactical excellence while building deep relationships with clients, networks, and key publishers. This role is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and lead client relationships for mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Act as the main strategic point of contact - driving retention, growth, and long-term client success, building the framework for our delivery team to execute
  • Lead client calls and performance reviews, delivering strategic insights and clear recommendations
  • Translate client objectives into actionable plans and ensure consistent delivery against KPIs
  • Develop innovative affiliate strategies that balance acquisition, retention, and incrementality
  • Oversee the team’s strategic recruitment, onboarding, activation, and optimisation efforts
  • Analyse program data, identify trends and opportunities, and turn insights into action
  • Proactively flag risks and work cross-functionally to drive solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks and publishers, whilst always maintaining our client’s best interests
Qualifications & Experience

We’re looking for candidates with 4+ years in affiliate marketing agency roles, with a track record of success leading client programs. Deep understanding of affiliate networks (Awin, Impact, CJ, Rakuten, Webgains, etc.) and publisher ecosystems. Strong client management and communication skills, with confidence in presenting and advising senior stakeholders. Strategic mindset and hands-on experience running affiliate campaigns. Proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
