RevWise is one of the fastest growing, and most innovative independent performance marketing agencies in the UK currently, and we are looking for a TikTok Shop Manager to join our TikTok Shop department.
We don't just "manage" accounts; as a senior leader, you will move beyond execution to take full ownership of client strategy, high-level creator partnerships, and the scaling of our TikTok Shop department. You will be the bridge between creative trends and hard performance data, ensuring our global clients dominate their categories.
- Launch and scale TikTok Shops for top-tier clients, overseeing product positioning, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
- Build and iterate monthly growth plans tailored to high-spend D2C brands, focusing on scaling GMV and ROAS.
- Advanced Shop Health: Take full ownership of the TikTok Seller Center, ensuring 100% compliance, logistics efficiency, and optimization of data.
- Lead negotiations with top-tier Creators and MCNs (Multi-Channel Networks) to secure exclusive, high-impact content.
- Supervise and train Junior Account Executives, ensuring high standards of outreach quality, creator briefing, and follow-up.
- Define the "creative hook" strategy for creator content to ensure it aligns with performance marketing goals.
- Performance & Data Intelligence Campaign Execution: Lead "Live" commerce events, product drops, and seasonal pulses.
Experience with Shopify or Amazon is a massive bonus.
Commercial DNA: You understand the math behind D2C brands (CAC, LTV, contribution margins, and attribution).
TikTok Native: You understand the "TikTok aesthetic," trending sounds, and subcultures better than anyone else.
