At Revvity, we’re committed to creating a workplace culture that connects, inspires, and empowers our people. We are looking for a Culture and Belonging Specialist to play a pivotal role in this mission.

The Culture and Belonging Specialist will implement employee experience and culture-building efforts, ensuring belonging initiatives are delivered consistently and effectively, with strong coordination, follow-through, and impact tracking, across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organise global signature and engagement events and provide specialist support to regional and local belonging events, sessions, and campaigns from planning through delivery, working closely with ERGs and the Communications team, and support the collection and evaluation of feedback to continuously improve future initiatives.
  • Coordinating Belonging communities, providing ongoing support and guidance to develop annual activity mapping and deployment of their activities. Evaluate feedback and development opportunities of these communities.
  • Support the implementation and continuous evolution of our global belonging framework, track project progress, and maintain documentation and project trackers as well as prepare materials for meetings and reports.
  • Support belonging related communications by creating and coordinating intranet articles and updates on Belonging initiatives.
  • Conduct benchmarking and research, and help analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps that inform future priorities.
  • Own wellbeing experience.
  • Coordinate data collection and reporting for ESG purposes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Strong coordination, organisation, and project management skills.
  • Experience supporting cross-regional projects, events, or communications.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Ideally could have some creative, AI, design background or experience with Video creation.
  • Good level of English.
