We are looking to recruit a LAB AND AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN to join our Mimix production group. Working within an inclusive team environment, you will have the chance to gain experience and skills for a career in scientific labs. This is a varied role where you will be contributing to the smooth running of our Mimix labs which includes cell culture, molecular biology techniques and ordering stock, all whilst learning about the exciting work we do at Revvity to support the development of personalized medicines! Following training you will also have the opportunity to gain further support to learn scientific techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining cell lines in culture and preparing them for production workflows
  • Extracting DNA from cell pellets and FFPE sections
  • Cutting FFPE sections
  • Preparing labels and aliquots for final production batches
  • Carry out tasks accurately, follow methodologies
