Duties

  • Handle general office administration and documentation
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and coordination tasks
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Support customer or client enquiries (email/phone/in-person)
  • Maintain office organisation, supplies, and cleanliness
  • Assist with basic accounting or invoicing tasks (if required)
  • Support team with ad-hoc operational duties
