Duties:
- Track and stay up-to-date on market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns (online and offline)
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis
- Collect, interpret, and analyse data and statistics to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations to support decision‑making
- Support pricing, positioning, and campaign effectiveness analysis
- Work with internal teams (BD & Ops) to align marketing strategies with business goals
- Assist in developing strategic recommendations based on market and performance data
- Support ad‑hoc strategy projects, pilots, and initiatives as needed
- Gather market intelligence, client insights, and competitor information
