Duties:
- Marketing & Campaigns
- Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns for product launches
- Manage A&P budget and track campaign performance
- Analyse market trends and provide insights
- Retail & Trade Marketing
- Execute promotions across retail and e-commerce channels
- Work with retailers and partners on campaigns and events
- Ensure timely rollout of marketing materials and promotions
- Digital & E-commerce
- Support online campaigns and work with e-commerce team to drive sales
- PR & CRM
- Support PR campaigns, media, and influencer engagement
- Assist in CRM initiatives to improve customer engagement

- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines
- Monitor competitors and market trends
- Prepare monthly reports and support forecasting/stock planning
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of marketing experience (beauty/fashion/FMCG preferred)
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Adobe tools are a plus)
