Duties:
- Marketing & Campaigns: Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns for product launches. Manage A&P budget and track campaign performance. Analyse market trends and provide insights.
- Retail & Trade Marketing: Execute promotions across retail and e-commerce channels. Work with retailers and partners on campaigns and events. Ensure timely rollout of marketing materials and promotions.
- Digital & E-commerce: Support online campaigns and work with e-commerce team to drive sales.
- PR & CRM: Support PR campaigns, media, and influencer engagement. Assist in CRM initiatives to improve customer engagement.
- Others: Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines. Monitor competitors and market trends. Prepare monthly reports and support forecasting/stock planning.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years of marketing experience (beauty/fashion/FMCG preferred).
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Adobe tools are a plus).
