A regional private bank is currently seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to join its Corporate Banking team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive support in managing corporate client accounts while assisting Relationship Managers (RMs) in delivering high-quality client service. In return, you will enjoy an attractive annual remuneration package of up to SGD 90,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the Corporate Banking Department in managing corporate client accounts and assisting Relationship Managers (RMs) with their daily responsibilities.
- Assist RMs with day-to-day client servicing activities and resolve customer issues promptly, including:
- Collecting necessary documentation and completing the customer onboarding process, including KYC and AML checks.
- Conducting annual or semi-annual credit reviews for clients.
- Performing market research and credit assessments for prospective clients.
- Preparing financial spreads and supporting credit documentation.
- Translating credit-related documents where required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in change management, system testing, implementation, or project management will be an advantage.
- Quick learner with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a support role.
