Base pay: up to £70,000 + equity
As an Implementation Engineer, you will own client onboarding end-to-end, working hands-on with real-world data to design, build, and deliver scalable solutions. You’ll partner directly with customers to understand their operations, translate ambiguity into structure, and ensure each implementation goes live smoothly and reliably.
You will make a tangible impact from day one, working across data, integrations, and solution design, with clear progression into senior or lead implementation roles.
Qualifications- Experience working with SQL and data-heavy systems
- Experience analysing and transforming complex datasets
- Comfortable working with APIs and integrations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguity
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, payments, or B2B SaaS (nice to have)
