You’ll play a key role in evolving a modern data stack into a scalable, business-aligned function within a fast-growing, mission-driven platform with strong foundations and clear product–market fit.
You’ll operate as a hands-on data leader, owning strategy while still contributing technically across modelling, orchestration, ingestion and BI.
This is a critical hire; you will also explore and shape how AI sits within Data, helping users interpret data more responsibly, not just faster.
The environment is collaborative, pragmatic and ownership-driven, with a clear path toward Data Director as the function formalises.

- Strong commercial experience in data engineering/analytics engineering roles
