About RevTech
RevTech is a fast-growing hospitality tech company based in London. We help hotels and short-term rentals grow revenue through better visibility, pricing, and performance on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com. We’re on a mission to partner with 10,000 hotels over the next 3 years — and we’re looking for sharp, reliable team members to help us scale fast and smart. At RevTech, we live by three core values:
- Results over promises – We deliver real, measurable outcomes.
- Constant improvement – We level up daily — in tools, workflows, and ourselves.
- Move fast – We get things done without delay or drama.
The Role
We’re hiring a Revenue Management Admin Assistant – Listing & Pricing Integrations to support our Revenue Manager in launching and optimising listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms. You’ll help us push listings live, keep pricing synced, flag issues, and ensure everything behind the scenes runs with accuracy and speed.
Responsibilities
- Set up listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.
- Sync pricing/availability using PriceLabs and channel managers
- Track and update data in Google Sheets, Motion, and platform dashboards
- Spot and fix calendar or listing sync issues quickly
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for your workflows
- Assisting with the setup and syncing of listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTAs
- Managing and updating pricing integrations through PriceLabs and channel managers
- Monitoring sync health, listing status, and calendar issues, and flagging discrepancies promptly
- Logging and updating all activity in internal trackers
- Coordinating with the Revenue Manager to execute price changes, stay restrictions, and availability shifts
- Supporting market research tasks — e.g., competitor pricing checks, calendar gap detection, and seasonality mapping
- Documenting key workflows, SOPs, and FAQs related to listing and integration activities
- Troubleshooting lightweight technical issues — e.g., pricing not syncing, rate plans not mapped correctly
- Supporting the build-out of revenue reports by providing data inputs or cross-checking platform exports
- Helping test or pilot new tools in the revenue tech stack (e.g., pricing software, channel managers, AI tools)
Success Looks Like:
- 99% listing accuracy across platforms
- Listings live within 3 days of handoff
- All tasks updated and visible in our systems (Motion, Sheets)
- Fast response to sync issues or flagged errors
- Process documentation created and improved as needed
You’ll Thrive Here If You Are…
- Meticulous with data and detail
- Comfortable with tools like Airbnb, PriceLabs, Hostify, or similar
- A structured executor who likes following and improving SOPs
- Fast, responsive, and independent
- Calm, low-ego, and eager to improve
- Fluent in English (written + spoken)
Bonus Points
- Experience with revenue tools (PriceLabs, Beyond, etc.)
- Familiarity with channel managers (Hostify, RMS Cloud, etc.)
- Past exposure to STR or OTA operations
What You’ll Get
- Fully remote and flexible work
- Direct exposure to revenue management and tech systems
- Supportive, no-politics team culture
- Part-time setup (15–20 hours/week) with room to grow
