Are you a driven marketing professional who lives and breathes lead generation? Do you want a role where your earnings are directly tied to your performance, with a genuine path to senior leadership and equity in a fast growing business? If yes, keep reading.
We are RevRepeat, a fast growing Meta lead generation agency working with UK service businesses. We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join us full time, working directly under the founder. This is not a role where you sit in the background scheduling posts. You will be managing real client accounts, running real campaigns, and making decisions that directly impact business growth - ours and our clients.
The base salary is £25,000 to £28,000. On top of that, you earn 10% of all retained client revenue. We currently retain £25,000 per month. That means from day one, your commission starts at £2,500 per month. Your OTE in year one is £55,000 to £58,000 and that number grows as the business grows.
What You Will Actually Be Doing
- You will manage a high volume of active client accounts.
- Keeping in regular contact with clients, monitoring campaigns, spotting problems before they become issues, and making sure every account is performing at its best.
- Client relationships are at the core of this role and you need to be someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people and building trust.
- You will be building and running Meta ad campaigns end to end, writing hooks and copy that actually converts, developing offers that generate quality leads, and briefing our designers on creative output.
- As you grow into the role, you will take on more responsibility managing the wider team and eventually take full ownership of our marketing operations.
What We Need From You
- You need to have a solid understanding of lead generation. Not just ad management — we are talking about the full picture. Offers, hooks, funnels, and why people buy.
- You need to be confident on client calls, highly organised, and proactive.
- If you are someone who waits to be told what to do, this role is not for you.
- We will invest heavily in your development. Full training is provided and you will have regular one to ones with the founder. But you need to come in with a decent foundation and the drive to grow fast.
The Package
- £25,000 to £28,000 base salary
- 10% of all retained client revenue (OTE £55,000 to £58,000)
- Gym membership paid for
- Fully remote, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- Occasional in person meetups
- Direct mentorship from the founder
- A genuine path to senior leadership and equity in the business
The Bigger Picture
We are not just hiring someone to fill a seat. We are looking for someone who wants to build something. The right person will grow into a senior leadership role and eventually hold equity in RevRepeat. If you are ambitious, coachable, and want to be part of something that is genuinely scaling - this is the opportunity.

Send us your CV along with a short paragraph or voice note telling us why this role excites you and what you would bring to RevRepeat. We do not want a generic cover letter. We want to hear you talk about it like you mean it.
