Are you a maintenance engineer looking to step up into a maintenance team leader position? Do you think you could manage a small team to ensure that downtime is kept to a minimum and production runs smoothly?
My client is an established food manufacturer who are experiencing rapid growth and are looking to expand their team with an experienced maintenance engineer who is confident to lead a small team of engineers.
Your responsibilities will include undertaking PPM and Reactive duties on the shift, while ensuring the production process runs smoothly. You will also be expected to be the point of contact for the Maintenance engineers on shift helping resolve any troubleshooting issues they may have.
