Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer with a background in Manufacturing supporting a team of Engineers looking for a step up into management? Are you looking for a new opportunity where you can add genuine value to a company and your opinion is encouraged to help the business succeed? Due to continued growth and an increase in orders, my client is looking to recruit a confident Senior Engineer to take responsibility for their highly skilled engineering team. You will lead, motivate and drive the performance of a maintenance team alongside the Engineering Manager, within a state-of-the-art modern site based in Exeter.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of the team, overseeing all maintenance on the machinery, scheduling planned maintenance, managing contractors, following health and safety procedures and many more tasks. The successful Senior Engineer will be in communication with Managers in the team to ensure the business runs smoothly.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Lead or experienced Engineer looking to make a move into a Senior and management role within a continuously growing forward-thinking company.
