Revolve Collective is working exclusively with a stunning, forward-thinking SEN specialist academy located in a beautiful rural setting just outside of Eccleshall. This school is renowned for its incredible outdoor spaces, working school farm, and outstanding vocational and life-skills provisions (including horticulture and media suites) designed to prepare young people with complex learning difficulties and autism for adulthood.
Because of its beautiful rural location, public transport is tricky - we are specifically seeking drivers with access to a vehicle for this role, and we are paying a premium daily rate to reflect this!

Key Responsibilities
- Support secondary and post-16 students with moderate, severe, or complex learning difficulties and autism.
- Assist students across unique learning environments, from traditional classrooms to the school farm and vocational workshops.
- Help students develop confidence, competence, and core independence as they prepare for life after education.
- Work collaboratively with a highly creative, dedicated well-being and teaching team.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience working within an SEN or specialist school environment.
- Qualifications: A Level 3 childcare/education qualification is highly desirable, but experienced, passionate SEN specialists are absolutely welcome to apply!
- Logistics: Must be a driver with a reliable vehicle due to the school's rural location.
- Character: Nurturing, proactive, and excited by alternative, vocational learning methods.
