Are you looking for a rewarding childcare or support worker role with flexibility, variety and opportunities to develop your experience? Revolve Collective is recruiting childcare support workers, school support staff and residential children's support workers to work across mainstream schools, Special Educational Needs (SEN) settings and residential children's homes throughout Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent and Cannock. Whether you're looking for full-time work, part-time hours or flexible supply shifts, we want to hear from you! You can choose to work in one setting, focus on a particular age group or enjoy the variety of working across both schools and residential childcare. We will work with you to explore opportunities that suit your experience, interests and availability. Where can you work? We have opportunities across three locations: Stafford, Cannock and Stoke. Though we support schools and homes right across Staffordshire and West Midlands as a whole. You can select one, two or all three locations, depending on where you are available to work and how far you are willing to travel. The more flexible you can be with locations and shifts, the more opportunities may be available to you. Available roles 1. School Support Workers – Mainstream & SEN Support children and young people within mainstream schools and specialist SEN environments, helping them engage with learning, build confidence and develop essential life skills. School-based childcare and support work may involve assisting pupils with additional needs, encouraging positive behaviour, supporting classroom activities and helping create a safe, inclusive learning environment. * Opportunities across different school settings and age groups. * Mainstream education and Special Educational Needs (SEN) support. * No driving required for school-based assignments. * Flexible supply shifts, part-time and full-time opportunities. 2. Residential Children's Support Workers Work within residential children's homes, supporting children and young people who need additional care, guidance and stability. As a residential support worker, you will help provide a safe, nurturing environment, build positive relationships, encourage independence and support the emotional and social development of the children in your care. * Opportunities to support different age groups, depending on the setting and your experience. * A full UK driving licence is essential for residential assignments. * You do not need to own a car. * Flexible supply shifts, part-time and full-time opportunities. 3. Prefer one setting or a combination of both? That's absolutely fine! At Revolve Collective, we understand that everyone has different preferences and commitments. You can choose to work exclusively in schools, focus on SEN support, work only in residential children's homes or combine school-based and residential care work. You can also tell us which age groups you would prefer to work with. We will aim to match you with suitable opportunities based on your preferences, skills and availability. Experience is desirable – but attitude matters most! Previous experience in childcare, education, SEN, youth work or residential care is beneficial, but we are just as interested in your character, attitude and willingness to make a difference. You may already have valuable transferable skills from another role or background. For example, we would love to hear from people with experience in: * Youth clubs, youth work or mentoring. * Football coaching, sports coaching or activity leadership. * Drama, performing arts or creative coaching. * Supporting adults with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or additional needs. * Adult learning, education or classroom support. * Care work, support work or community-based roles. * Behaviour support, mentoring or working with vulnerable people. * Any role where you have encouraged, guided or supported others to develop. If you have the right attitude, patience, resilience and a genuine interest in helping children and young people, we encourage you to apply. You don't necessarily need to have followed a traditional childcare career path. Your existing skills could transfer well into school support work, SEN support or residential children's care. Why work for Revolve Collective? We believe that supporting children and young people starts with supporting the people who care for them.
