You will build positive relationships, provide 1:1 and small-group support, and help create a calm learning environment.
Experience with SEMH, SEN or challenging behaviour is beneficial; background in youth work or residential care can transfer well. Full-time, long-term role with Β£95βΒ£120 per day, start ASAP.
