Revolve Collective is looking to hear from secondary subject teachers interested in opportunities across Derby, Ilkeston, Glossop and Buxton.
Our school relationships include Catholic secondary academies in each of these areas. Tell us your specialism, the key stages youve taught and which locations you would realistically consider.
Youll deliver lessons that make your subject accessible, check understanding and adapt teaching for pupils with different starting points. Clear expectations and effective classroom management will help keep learning purposeful.
Subject knowledge backed by classroom experience
To be considered, youll need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching your specialist subject through employment or teacher training placements.
- Knowledge of the relevant secondary curriculum.
- Experience adapting lessons, assessing progress and managing classroom behaviour.
- An understanding of safeguarding.
Include any GCSE or A-level teaching experience in your application. For Catholic school assignments, youll be expected to respect and support the school’s ethos.
