SEN Teaching Assistant – Nottingham & Nottinghamshire Primary and secondary school settings Revolve Collective is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in mainstream schools across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. The work is about helping pupils access the learning and routines of their school. Our partnerships include settings that emphasise individual support and participation, alongside academic and personal progress. The pupil’s needs and the support required will be discussed with you before an assignment is agreed. Making support useful * Break instructions into manageable steps. * Follow strategies agreed with the teacher and SENCO. * Help pupils participate while developing independence. * Record relevant observations and communicate concerns promptly. Relevant support work, residential care or youth-work experience may also be useful where it demonstrates transferable skills.
