What We Are Looking For (Person Specification):
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential for this role.
- A degree in English Literature, English Language, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven experience teaching English within a UK secondary school setting.
- Excellent subject knowledge and a thorough understanding of the current KS3/KS4 National Curriculum and GCSE exam boards.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to foster a positive, productive learning environment.
