Revolve Collective is recruiting multiple compassionate, resilient SEN Teaching Assistants for a specialist education setting in Staffordshire. These are rewarding SEN TA opportunities supporting children and young people with a wide range of special educational needs, including within a complex-needs class.

The Role:

  • Support pupils with complex SEN and additional needs throughout the school day
  • Work closely with teaching staff to provide consistent, patient 1:1 and small-group support
  • Help pupils access learning, develop independence and regulate their emotions
  • Assist with personal care where required and where you are comfortable doing so
  • Follow individual care plans, safeguarding procedures and school routines
  • Support with medical needs where trained; PEG feeding training is highly desirable but not essential

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEN, complex needs or disabilities
  • A calm, caring and resilient approach
  • Confidence supporting challenging behaviour and emotional regulation
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
  • Personal-care experience or willingness to support with personal care is an advantage
  • PEG feeding training or relevant medical-support training is a major bonus

Pay and Benefits:

  • Enhanced rates are available for SEN Teaching Assistants with a Level 3 qualification, strong complex-needs experience, PEG training and/or willingness to undertake personal care.
