You will have the autonomy to structure the day and create a positive, engaging environment.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with SEN and/or SEMH
- Ability to deliver Maths and English (GCSE knowledge beneficial)
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A patient, caring, and flexible approach
- Ability to take initiative and structure your own day
No QTS is required. This role would suit tutors, instructors, or unqualified teachers with relevant experience.
