The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pupils to provide effective classroom and learning support. You may be supporting individual pupils, small groups or the wider class, depending on the needs of the school. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting pupils with their learning and development * Providing one-to-one and small-group support * Supporting pupils with additional needs, where required * Assisting teachers with classroom activities and resources * Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement * Helping create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment * Supporting pupils' confidence, independence and progress About You We are looking for someone who is: * Experienced as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar education, care or support role * Passionate about working with children and young people * Patient, approachable and reliable * Confident supporting pupils both individually and within a classroom * Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff * Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification are desirable, but relevant experience will also be considered.
