Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Salary: £95-£115 per day / £475-£575 per week

Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only

We are recruiting for a specialist SEN school that supports pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The Role

  • Supporting children with Autism across the school day
  • Helping pupils access learning activities and achieve individual targets
  • Encouraging communication, social development, and independence
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and specialist staff
  • Providing a calm, positive, and consistent approach to support

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
  • Patience, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues

Desirable

  • Previous experience supporting children with Autism (ASD)
  • Experience within education, care, support work, or similar environments
  • Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning, SEN, Childcare, or equivalent
