About the Role
As the Bar and Lounges Manager, you will take ownership of the bar and lounge areas, ensuring exceptional service delivery and a seamless guest experience. You will lead the bar team during your shifts, oversee training and development, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality in line with 5-star expectations. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a luxury environment and enjoys inspiring their team to deliver excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the F&B Director daily to ensure the bar and lounges operate to 5-star standards
- Lead, motivate, and support the bar team throughout service
- Create and manage rotas, anticipating business levels and staffing needs
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences, consistently going above and beyond
- Develop and enhance the bar offering to elevate guest satisfaction
- Maintain strong awareness of business levels to ensure smooth service
