Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage Conference and Banqueting operations
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, and maturity at all times
  • Take ownership of tasks and follow instructions from senior management
  • Ensure food & beverage service meets hotel standards and event timelines
