Job Summary We are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind creating outstanding dishes, managing kitchen operations, and inspiring your team to deliver memorable dining experiences. The ideal candidate is a culinary leader with a knack for food innovation, team management, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. Duties Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence. Lead, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment. Develop and refine menu offerings based on current trends, customer preferences, and seasonal ingredients. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety. Manage inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and control food costs without compromising quality. Train team members in proper food handling techniques, cooking methods, and service standards. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. Skills Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting. Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food production and preparation. Excellent leadership abilities with a talent for team management and motivation. Deep knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices. Strong background in kitchen experience including cooking techniques and menu development. Effective communication skills to coordinate with staff at all levels. Passion for hospitality with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
