Kitchen Porter Contract type: Full-time, permanent Location: East Point Entertainment Village, Old Dundonald Road, Castlereagh, Belfast BT16 1XL, UK As a Kitchen Porter, your primary objective is to ensure the maintenance of an exceptionally clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment. Your daily responsibilities will encompass the following areas: Cleanliness and Sanitation: Thoroughly wash cookware, utensils, crockery, and cutlery promptly to facilitate their continuous rotation. Station Maintenance: Effectively deep clean and sanitise toilets, kitchen work surfaces, counters, stoves, sinks, and walls. Floor Care: Regularly sweep and mop floors throughout your shift, promptly addressing spills to prioritise safety. Waste Management: Efficiently empty bin bags and ensure the safe and correct disposal of all kitchen waste and recyclables. Stock and Deliveries: Assist in unloading food and equipment deliveries, and contribute to the efficient organisation of storerooms.
