As an Engineering Manager, they are looking for someone hands-on who is going to be capable of leading architectural design to ensure the platform meets scalability needs. You will be leading a small team (currently 3 Developers and a DevOps Engineer) so will need to have experience leading and building a team here is important.
Stack: Python, FastAPI, Go, TypeScript, C#, React.JS, Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes
What do you need?
- Experience with BE languages such as Python, Golang and C#
- Frontend experience with Typescript and React.JS
- Leadership experience
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Proven ability to implement development best practices, including CI/CD, testing, and observability, cloud architecture etc
- Plus if you have experience with Fintech or B2B SaaS
