Job Summary
We are a successful cleaning and facilities management company based in Leicester City Centre. As we grow our support team to support our many new contracts, we have a key role for a part time payroll and accounts administrator.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your expertise in payroll systems and human resources management within a dynamic team environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Process employee payroll using recognised SAGE HR & SAGE payroll systems.
- Oversee the Sage HR Timesheet processing
- Support the team with understanding how to use the clocking in & clocking out Sage Timesheet system
- Validate timesheets and accurately input payroll data into systems.
- Process all Sage HR Timesheets and create variances for the management team to check and authorise
- Process all payroll processing for all teams using Sage payroll
- Process all team pensions via Sage payroll
- Pay all pensions using the NEST portal or create a
