We are currently seeking a conveyancing fee earner to cover the caseload of our clients head of residential conveyancing during their maternity leave with the idea of building up their own caseload and stay on after the head returns. The role is full time and based in the clients Mossley office.
The ideal candidate has:
- 5+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Confidence in looking after a 70-80 caseload in sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, leases, requisitions
