We are seeking a motivated Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor to join our clients busy property team in Ormskirk. This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor up to 3 years PQE or for a Residential Conveyancer looking to transition into commercial property work with full support and training provided.
ROLE
- You will be managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including sales, acquisitions and leases, drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and ancillary documents.
- You will be a Qualified Solicitor or a seasoned Residential or Commercial Property Conveyancer.
- You must be able to manage a caseload with appropriate supervision and have good communication and client care skills.
