In this role, reporting to the Sr. Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results for our clients while also supporting B2B marketing initiatives.
You Will:
- Play a key role in client relationship management, supporting and working hand-in-hand with client leads to understand their business objectives, challenges, and marketing goals, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Design and deliver comprehensive sports marketing strategies.
- Provide support to the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns including sponsorships, events, digital marketing, and activations.
- Work with internal teams in the development of creative assets.
- Manage external vendor relationships, ensuring timely and effective campaign delivery.
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify new opportunities for clients.
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance using key metrics (including our proprietary ROO model) and analytics tools.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- Support internal teams in the development of proposals and pitches to secure new projects and accounts.
You Have:
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, ideally within an agency setting.
- Three-year degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- An understanding of digital marketing, sponsorships and event management.
- A passion for sports and an understanding of the sports industry.
This hybrid role is based in our fabulous London office, but has a global reach.
